Key takeaways:

  • Plan It: Differentiates itself with strong collaborative planning features, such as shared calendars and task assignments, which competitors like ScheduleMaster and TaskTracker lack or have less developed.

  • Competitor Elegant Edge Events: Excels in integration with popular calendar platforms and advanced scheduling features powered by AI, appealing to corporate professionals.

  • Competitor Dream Co events: Focuses on simplicity and mobile accessibility but lacks advanced collaboration tools and integrations.

  • Based on these findings, Plan It could capitalize on its strengths in collaborative planning and user-friendly interface while addressing weaknesses in navigation and mobile functionality. Continual improvement in integration options and anticipating future trends in AI and automation will be critical to maintaining a competitive edge in the evolving market of scheduling and planning apps.

Final Product

Reflection:

Designing the site that is fun, colorful, exiting, creative was a such a great experience.

There are a lot of products out there that are similar for registering and creating different kind of vents, but they don't offer what "PanIt" has to offer.

PlanIt not only offers business events but also has a big variety of "ADD ONs" for specifically younger age group guests for family events.

Thank you for reading my case study!
